I sometimes come from Baden-Württemberg to visit my family in Buxtehude and the bread from the Backsau is a highlight every time. We always enjoy coming here and no matter what you try, it tastes good. Great quality, absolutely friendly staff and of course delicious bread.

I grew up around the corner. After there was previously only chain bakery goods, there is now really well-made bread here. My favorites are the focaccia and the bread with cheese, honey and mustard. Regardless of whether you like the term bread sommelier or not, it's worth coming here. And the prices are completely reasonable for the craftsmanship on offer.

We became aware of you because you were on TV on Sunday. My husband and I come from near Rotenburg/Wümme and visited you today. Very friendly, funny saleswoman who loves her job with heart and soul. Great explanation about the breads. Of course we took three of them with us. So tasty, price is justified, great quality. We will be very happy to recommend you.
I discovered the Backsau stand at Stackmann by chance. There you had the opportunity to try all the breads on offer. Not all bread is the same, you notice this after the second piece.
Sure it costs a little more, but it tastes fantastic. I chose tomato mozzarella pretzel baguette and spinach bread with orange zest.
I'm looking forward to more breads. If you are looking for a special bread, you will find it.
Yesterday I finally ate the highly praised Franzbrötchen. (I pre-ordered as a precaution since we come from Tostedt)

I've only been buying my bread here for a while now. The taste is the best there is in the region. The selection is good and there are creations that cannot be found elsewhere. I'm happy to pay the extra charge compared to other large bakeries because I know that only natural ingredients are used.
